  • 3 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the grated zucchini, flour, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
