Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 pieces Sausages
  • 4 pieces Tomatoes, halved
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 4 slices Black pudding
  • 4 slices White pudding
  • 4 slices Bread for toasting
  • 1 cup Baked beans

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fry the bacon and sausages in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. 2. In the same pan, cook the black and white pudding slices until browned on both sides.
  3. 3. Add the halved tomatoes to the pan, cut side down, and cook until slightly charred.
  4. 4. In a separate saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat.
  5. 5. Fry the eggs in the frying pan until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  6. 6. Toast the bread slices.
  7. 7. Serve everything on a plate and enjoy your traditional Irish breakfast!
