Instant Pot Yogurt Recipe
Easy homemade yogurt using an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 8 cups Milk whole or 2%
- 2 tablespoon Plain Yogurt with active cultures
Pour milk into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to 'Yogurt' mode. Heat until the milk reaches 180°F (82°C).
Allow the milk to cool to 110°F (43°C). Whisk in the plain yogurt.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Yogurt' mode for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, transfer the yogurt to containers and refrigerate.
