Main Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased Instant Pot insert.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
6. Open the lid and let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
