A classic Mexican breakfast dish with eggs, tortillas, and a flavorful tomato sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 corn tortillas
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Pour in tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
4. In another skillet, heat tortillas until warm.
5. Fry eggs in the same skillet until desired doneness.
6. Place tortillas on plates, top with eggs, and spoon tomato sauce over them.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
