Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 cups Refried beans
  • ½ cup Crumbled cheese (queso fresco)
  • ½ cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Knead until smooth.
  3. 3. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll each into a tortilla.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook tortillas until golden.
  5. 5. Spread refried beans on each tortilla. Add cheese and sour cream.
