Honduran Baleadas Recipe
Traditional Honduran dish made with flour tortillas, refried beans, and various toppings.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
- 2 cups Refried beans
- ½ cup Crumbled cheese (queso fresco)
- ½ cup Sour cream
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Knead until smooth.
3. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll each into a tortilla.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook tortillas until golden.
5. Spread refried beans on each tortilla. Add cheese and sour cream.
