- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs chopped (e.g., chives, parsley)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until they start to set.
4. Spread the cream cheese and herbs over one half of the omelet.
5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot.
