Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water or milk to a boil.
  2. 2. Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in hemp seeds and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Stir well.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
