- 1 package frozen hashbrowns thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
