  • 2 cups Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
