- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
- ¼ cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the hash brown mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
