Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
A simple and hearty breakfast casserole made with hash browns, eggs, and cheese.

- 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
