Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs hard boiled
- 4 slices Bread toasted
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and chop.
2. In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the mixture on toasted bread slices.
