- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, shredded cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
