Ingredients

  • 4 slices Ham thick-cut
  • 1 cup Coffee strong brewed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the ham slices and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the ham and set aside. Add the coffee to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Let the coffee reduce slightly, then return the ham to the skillet to warm through.
  5. Serve the ham with the red eye gravy poured over the top.
