  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line each muffin tin cup with a slice of ham.
  3. Crack an egg into each ham-lined cup.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each egg.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
