Main Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pie crust
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in ham, vegetables, and cheese.
Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
