Instructions

  2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball into a disc about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Heat the griddle over medium heat and cook each disc for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
