  • 12 oz Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 10 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the green chiles, sausage, and cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
