Green Chile Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with green chiles, perfect for a weekend brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Green Chiles chopped
- 12 oz Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 10 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the green chiles, sausage, and cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
