Greek Yogurt Oatmeal Recipe

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 1 cup fresh berries for topping
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the water is absorbed.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.
5. Add honey and cinnamon if using, and mix well.
6. Serve in bowls and top with fresh berries.
