- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced tomatoes and cook until soft.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour into the skillet.
