  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk

  • 4 slices Toast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux.
  3. 3. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Add the chopped egg whites to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Toast the bread slices. Pour the sauce over the toast and crumble the egg yolks on top.
