  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 cups Hash browns frozen, thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, shredded cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the thawed hash browns until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
