Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 cups Hash browns frozen, thawed
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, shredded cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the thawed hash browns until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
