Main Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced apples and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
