  • 1 cup Green Chiles chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped green chiles, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
