  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 oz Cream cheese cubed
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and place half of the bread cubes in the dish.
  3. Top with cream cheese cubes and then add the remaining bread cubes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cream cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
