  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  3. 3. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in the eggs.
  4. 4. Stir the eggs continuously with a spatula until they begin to set.
  5. 5. Stop stirring and let the omelette cook for a few more seconds until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly runny.
  6. 6. Fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
