- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the crepe is lightly browned.
Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
