Father's Day Casserole Recipe
A hearty casserole perfect for celebrating Father's Day.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion with the cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
