Ingredients

  • 6 cups Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the hash browns, ham, cheese, and green onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
