Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 cup Diced Ham
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 12 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the hash browns, ham, cheese, and green onions.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
