  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the toasted English muffin halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the English muffins.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
