- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Add crumbled feta, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
