- 4 Eggs separated
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Grated Cheese optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased souffle dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top if using.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the souffle is puffed and golden brown.
Serve immediately.
