Egg in a Pepper Recipe
Simple and delicious breakfast recipe where eggs are cooked inside bell pepper rings.

Main Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- as needed Olive oil for cooking
Cut the bell peppers into rings, about ½ inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the pepper rings in the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Crack an egg into each pepper ring.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
