  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg cupcakes are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
