- 6 eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
