Egg and Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

- 6 eggs
- 4 cups frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the hash browns, shredded cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
