  • 2 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour in the eggs and cook until scrambled.
  4. 4. Place one tortilla in the skillet, add scrambled eggs and cheese on top.
  5. 5. Top with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown, flipping once.
  6. 6. Cut into wedges and serve.
