Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, hash browns, and 1 ½ cups of the cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
