Earl Grey Chia Pudding

- 1 cup Milk (any kind) Almond, soy, or dairy
- 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 bag Earl Grey tea
1. Heat the milk until warm, then steep the Earl Grey tea bag in the milk for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the infused milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
5. Serve chilled, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts if desired.
