Dutch Oven Mountain Man Breakfast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage breakfast sausage
- 1 bag Frozen Hash Browns 32 oz
- 12 Eggs
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your Dutch oven over medium heat.
Cook the sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add hash browns to the Dutch oven and cook until they start to brown.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour over the hash browns. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked sausage back in and mix well.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
