  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 pieces Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and curry powder. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the shredded chicken to the yogurt mixture and stir until the chicken is well coated.
  3. 3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. 4. Top each tortilla with chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately. Enjoy!
