  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
