A traditional French-Canadian pork spread, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground pork
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1. In a large pot, combine the ground pork, onion, milk, and water.
2. Add salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir well.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the mixture is thickened and most of the liquid is evaporated, remove from heat.
5. Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor. Pulse until smooth but still slightly chunky.
6. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm. Serve cold with bread or crackers.
