Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cranberries
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the cranberries and place them in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add water and sugar to the saucepan.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Once the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
  5. 5. Strain the sauce through a strainer to remove the skins and seeds.
  6. 6. Serve warm or chilled.
