Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab meat picked over for shells
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, beaten eggs, milk, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
