  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust pre-baked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pre-baked pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the crab and cheese in the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
