  • 1 cup Hash browns frozen, thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cooked sausage, shredded cheese, hash browns, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
