- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Hash browns frozen, thawed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add cooked sausage, shredded cheese, hash browns, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
