- 1 cup Corned beef hash
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the corned beef hash, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
