Corn Tortilla Quiche
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with a corn tortilla crust.

Main Ingredients
- 6 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a pie dish with the corn tortillas, overlapping them to cover the bottom and sides.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheese and diced vegetables.
Pour the egg mixture into the tortilla-lined pie dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
